Welcome to Beaufident Lash & PMU, where beauty meets confidence. I specialize in lash extensions and semi-permanent makeup (cosmetic tattoo), including powder brows and nano brows. My mission is to enhance your natural features with precision and care, giving you effortless, long-lasting beauty. At Beaufident, we make it easy to feel both beautiful and confident every day. STUDIO POLICIES BOOKING FEE A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee will be applied toward your total and can be paid via CASH, ZELLE, VENMO, or CREDIT CARD on the appointment day. Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee—no exceptions. Booking fees are non-transferable. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of the service price. If you need to cancel, please contact us at Beaufident@gmail.com or text/call 626-560-2014. Cancellations result in the forfeiture of your booking fee, but rescheduling is always an option. RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 1-3 days' notice whenever possible. You have 24-48 hours to choose a new date after rescheduling. PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept CASH, ZELLE, VENMO, and CREDIT CARDS for all services. LATE POLICY Arriving 30 minutes late or more will result in rescheduling your appointment, and a new booking fee may be required. Please allow extra time for traffic or locating the studio to ensure timely arrival. NO REFUNDS All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me to discuss possible solutions. PREGNANCY POLICY For health and safety reasons, we cannot service clients who are pregnant, nursing, or breastfeeding. NO GUEST POLICY To maintain a safe and professional environment: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio. Drivers may wait in their cars or return for pickup.
